Product Description Lurking, deep down below where the other Flanimals are is a whole new land, just waiting to be studied and explored. This is Flanimals of the Deep. Here, the unique, complex and completely mental life form discovered in books one and two just gets even weirder. And more fantastic

Delight your grandchild January 20, 2010 Jackie van die Baai (Hants, England) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My grandson aged 6 is very enthusiastic about flanimals in all guises and enjoys the lively text as well as pictures. I am impressed how well he manages big nonsense words and follows the cod zoology.
If this was his stand up routine Gervais 'ud get egged! Geroff ,Boo December 8, 2009 mojoe 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Hmm, no wonder there are no, "search inside" options with this book. The illustrations are amazing, wonderfully colourful and imaginative, unlike the ramblings of Ricky Gervais. Too many tounge twisting words for the average struggling ten year old to pronounce let alone understand. There are no numbered pages within the book, so I can't tell you at which point it actually becomes worth reading, but I shall try. *checks pages*...... oooo six pages from the end (not including the sticker page). All this book did for me and my children, once I had read it, was to leave us puddled, staring blankly into each others eyes, with a vacant expresion!(that turned out to be our talking point by the way). I mean how do you discuss such tosh as, "The primative cartlobrenders are unskulled wronglers, but don't be fooled by this. They can still lunk with slavage revocity and can outlang a Brone in the dark". TOTAL POINTLESS NONSENSICAL DRIVEL
Baisically the story (six pages) is based on "The boy who cried wolf". so buy that instead. Stick to the day job and guest appearances on Johnathon inuendo Ross, Gervais (and tek ya book with ya).

I got this for my 8th birthday. I like it as much as Flanimals Day of the Bletchling. The creatures are cool and I love looking at them. Ricky Gervais keeps saying they're real. I don't believe him! Flanimals of the Deep
another great flanimals December 28, 2008 Mr. Rob Bassett (london) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The quality just doesn't seem to be dropping with the flanimals books. If anything this is better than many of the earlier books.
it's up there with the fluffy little kitten books
Fluffy Little Kitten in Fluffy Little Kitten Falls Over
Brilliant Book August 2, 2008 S. D. Williams (North Wales, GB) All boys love monsters and weird things and the Flannimals books are what got my son into reading! This seems to really appeal to boys and provides discussion topics and inspires them to create their own flannimals.
